This is another piece made from leftovers. The cherry sides of the box have an interesting mix of red heartwood and the cream colored sapwood. The panel on the top is Bolivian rosewood. The final dimensions are roughly 9" wide x 11" long and 4" high.
The liftout tray is also made of cherry.
The rosewood top also has an interesting mix of heartwood and sapwood.
The finish is French polished super-blonde shellac and wax.
